my app shows that my service plan has expired, voice and data not working, but my plan would be valid for 2 years.and it is only a few months since activation.i had submitted a form to your customer service yesterday, so far,my phone is not normal yet.

are you able to log in to your account ? Download the Public Mobile app to your cell, log in to your account > Usage Breakdown to see current plan status.

Why would your plan be valid for 2 years? Which plan are you on?
Most plans with Public mobile are either 30 days or 90 days cycles.
Did you load up 2 years worth of available funds in your account?
