Are you sure you are using visa debit?

@faraujo - perhaps check with this group to see if your SIM card was activated, and if not have them help you complete the activation.

@faraujo If it is a visa debit issued by Canadian or US financial institution, it should work
I would wait a full hour, then try using Incognito mode or try on a desktop computer and see if it works
