Hi I am a current customer and I need to verify something by proving I called a certain store but I am unable to see past two months on my phone app. Where can I see a longer version?

Payment history goes back 12 months! 😀
And, yes, Usage is only 3 months (90 days).

You don't need to capture screenshots anymore. One of the recent Self-Serve improvements is a button to download a pdf of all retained usage/payment history. On Windows desktop and Windows laptop, anyhow.
Mobile devices don't handle pdfs well, if at all. If pdf is an unreadable format then a mobile screenshot of the relevant entry might be easier.

@silver2026 Usage log has a maximum of 90 days. Are you not able to past through 60 days?
Try to change to desktop mode on your phone browser and see if it makes a difference
If you want, you can download the log (all 90 days) in Excel format (but some device might see it in PDF format) and read them with another app

You can log into your self-serve account, and search your "Usage History". Select the time period for the past 6 months and scroll through the entries for the calls you are seeking.
When you find the line item, screenshot the page.
