My user name is now an 'old' email so I can't sign into Public Mobile. How can I update email and USER name.

@Skipper   Were you not able to submit a ticket via chatbot?  If you sent a private message then you need check your message box top right for a response from CSA's.

 

Also once you've changed your email to login to your self serve account, then you will be able to toggle off 2FA for future logins.

Public Mobile won't be contacting you by e-mail. They will be contacting your by private message through this website. Also, for future, please only open tickets using the chatbot whenever possible. Sending a message directly to customer support agent results in slower service/response.

I did send a ticket to https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437 .  Where will the reply come.  My old email is no longer active.

The 2FA code can only be sent to the email and phone number registered to the account.

Sorry, but there is no option for that.

Unfortunately, this cannot be done yourself. Please folow the instructions as members have provided.

You can still login to your account with your old email address and have the 2FA code sent through text.

As long as you remember the password and your account is not suspended.

@Skipper hi to change or reset your email/username you need to contact a cs agent
