I did send a ticket to https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437 . Where will the reply come. My old email is no longer active.

Can I change the 2FA code to be sent to the secondary # instead of the primary?

how can I change the email account on my profile. I went into edit my profile information but only address is available to edit, not email field.
