I'm well into my 30 day US text, data unlimited phone. Everything was fine until it wasn't. Text and Data are working but get the same error message trying to make a call - you do no have a us roaming plan...Two days back and forth with CS and now network support and still no solution. They're saying:
as of now, it doesn't appear to be a plan/network issue.

What you could do, is try to reboot your phone and see if that corrects it. You can also try resetting your network settings. You can also go into your settings, turn off the automatic for carrier search and pick T-Mobile as I have found it to be the most reliable service out there and then reboot.

what phone do you have? Check if your phone is VoLTE compatible with PM here:

If your phone is not compatible with PM's VoLTE, you might need to use VoIP app, like TextNow , on Wifi and Mobile Data as a workaround to make and receive calls
