My account has been frozen because my credit card info expired - please help I can't figure out how to update my info and reactivate my account.

Try using browser with incognito mode and login My Account, go to Payment -> Manage Subscription -> Manage Payment Method
Or use PM app and do the same
if you cannot login, buy a voucher from Shoppers Drug Mart and load voucher using*611
