Message posted here are generally only read by other customers. You'll need to go back into your Public Mobile account to check that the payment information was updated. It's an automated process once it has been saved in your account.

@pain2025again , this is a self serve service. Customers are expected to maintain their own account current using the online portal via either web browser or mobile app. What exactly are you trying to update?
