@z781, the pin code they are asking for is the one for the Public Mobile account. Before they work on your case they need positive identification they are going to work on the right account. They typical information used to ID the account is account number and pin code. If you don't remember the pin code, you can supply other personal information for the account. Because private messaging differs from instant messaging, it is usual to include in the first message everything, account identification, the problem, resolution sought.
