I am wondering if the certified pre-owned iphone's sold by Public Mobile are coming unlocked or not ?

All phones sold by all Canadian carriers are unlocked. It is illegal for carriers lock phones since December 1, 2017.

Yes, they're unlocked.

When i first took a look at the small print it said unlocked.
Never tried it though
