Hi there
my $15/mth account is over 3 year old and originally had unlimited incoming minutes. Somehow i do not see this on my account detail anymore, would that feature have been removed ? why and when ?

If I was to guess they are pushing new plans and try to make this plan look less desirable.

The only way to see the incoming minutes mentioned is logging in to the chatbot and finding the plan features.

When you look at plans it still shows. In one of the web site refreshes they removed all mention of unlimited inbound calls being included. A number of us have brought that to PMs attention and has gone upon deaf ears. I still feel it is intentional as they have been reluctant to comment. The question is, why? Also keep in mind the Telus prepaid plan that both inbound and outbound count against your limit.

It is definitely unlimited for $15 plan.
Maybe some of agents who occasionally drop by here could inform marketing to add wording that unlimited incoming call minutes are part of ALL plans to avoid future confusion.

It's still included. Just a typo. Don't worry.
Edit.... Try doing a page refresh or update and maybe it'll show up then.
