Check your Spam email folder.
I recall you have an option to receive response by email or text.
You can alway click on SIMon chat and have the moderator resend the reset your password by email or text.

That usually means you're using the wrong e-mail address -or- the e-mail may be going to your junk folder.
Check your junk folders.
You could also check most-used e-mail accounts for your Welcome e-mail from Public Mobile to be sure you're using the correct one for the 'forgot password' function.

First try clearing your browser's cache, trying a new different browser or waiting an hour.
Sometimes you just gotta try again...
