@jasleen10  Goto to the post click on the three dots and select edit post and delete it. You should also remove it from your photos under your profile.

@jasleen10  If your plan just went through a renewal cycle then you need to notify Public Mobile to get it sorted out. You say that you are on the $40.00 plan but the system thinks you are on the $10.00. Many other customers are reporting a similar problem today. To contact Public Mobile click here. The link sends you to the private message function and adds the moderator team as recipient for a private message. You just have to enter a title and text in the body of the message describing the problem and post. The message will be received by the moderator team and they will respond to it. You will receive the response in your private message inbox.

Moderator Hours: Monday-Friday 8 am(Eastern) to 12 am (Eastern) and Saturday, and Sunday from 8 am(Eastern) to 10 pm (Eastern).


 Note: Remove the photo from your post above this is a public forum and you personal information is at risk. 

 

@jasleen10To recharge your plan, just add enough money in this case $40 to your account.. so if you have a voucher just enter the digits in the box as in your picture.. once that's done you can select new plan.

@jasleen10Your picture indicates you have $10 credits in your account. If you have a $40 voucher just go ahead and enter that and the $40 will be added to your account and make it $50 credits. Then the $40 will be taken out to pay your plan when your billing cycle is due to recycle.

@jasleen10  Please remove that photo from your post because it is showing your private info. You should also delete this from your profile photos to be safe.

@jasleen10The plan section is different from payment section. You can make payment amount that is different from your plan. Are you trying to pay into your account or try to change your plan?

If it's a mistake with your plan 10$ instead of 40$ you will need to reach the moderator for more help...here..https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437 and give them details of this problem. Waiting time is few hours to 2 days.

@jasleen10I assume you are paying via credit card since vouchers don't have $ amount. Have you click on Other?

Can you see MAKE A PAYMENT on your first page of your self-serve account? Or did you try with the 611?
