@Ceb44 are you sure the esim is not there? Sometimes it's there but hidden. Go into you phone settings and see if you see a Public Mobile SIM. Could be hidden by Roger's SIM.
Might have to enable, turn or or and set to primary.
It should be in your email. It will ask to download for you or you can do it yourself.

@Ceb44 - Contact CS_Agent to get help with eSIM. I suggest you buy a physical sim because eSIM sometimes has problems.
