Hi there,
I'm trying to help someone sign up to Public Mobile. They have gotten as far as entering their email address and creating a password. They then get a code sent to their email. Once they enter the 6-digit code, the site closes down and takes them directly back to the home screen. They can't proceed with registering. They tried clearing caches, going in incognito mode, and changing browsers.
When they try to create an eversafe login again, It says that an eversafe account exists for that email address , but it won't let them sign in.
Any advice? They are ready to go to Virgin mobile in frustration.

@Ashellef YES that’s correct you totally need the app to activate . And it will work just fine . I just activated account today and needs the the app on phone to do it

ahh ok, so they can't activate using a desktop? only on the app?

@Ashellef Sounds like you haven’t downloaded the app to complete the activation yet . You need the app to activate since new system update
