Hi,
Service needs to be resumed. I put my card info in but it keeps rejecting. Can I use a US credit card or can you tell me why my Canadian card is being declined?

Public Mobile no longer accepts US credit cards. You must use a Canadian credit card or purchase vouchers.
Public Mobile's website is known to have cache issues. Go into your browser settings and clear your cache then restart browser and go into incognito mode and try again. Wait one full hour after the last time you tried.

you cannot use US credit card if it links to US address
but PM payment system is glitchy sometimes
if your plan not expired or suspended yet and you still have time, please wait a day or even longer before you try again. When you try, try using both Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser and try with Public Mobile app (with Location Permission enabled)
but if your plan has already expired or you need to pay it very soon, then buy a voucher from Shoppers drug mart or gas stations and then load the voucher using *611 or My Account
