trying to change plan after current plan epired

current plan has run out and im unable to change my plan on the website

@will7610 you need to manually add the funds into your account before making a plan change. 

 

  • click on "make a payment"
  • click the "preferred payment type" dropdown menu
  • select "other, enter the desired amount"
  • enter the plan amount and apply
  • go to the "plans and add-ons" tab
  • select your plan and click "change immediately"(plan renews right away w/ new renewal date) you will lose any remaining data

@will7610 Have you added the necessary funds to cover the cost of your new plan? What have you tried so far. You can always contact a moderator for help in getting this done. You can contact the mods one of 2 ways. Click the question mark bottom right of the browser as shown in the picture and open a ticket through the automated ticketing system;

In either case you should receive a reply within 48 hours though typically they are much faster. Watch the envelope icon top right for a reply.
