Hi
I am a new customer and have my new public mobile SIM card. I recently downloaded the app and tried to login to officially start my account and use the recently sent SIM card. When I click the login button a white loading screen comes up and never loads. I can't active my recently purchased SIM card/ public mobile account. I am in the final step of activation and app won't open. I have tried updating and deleting the app but no avail. Is there a way to activate on the laptop because the site seems to be working there. Any help would be appreciated.

That is very odd that the app won't load. Usually the uninstall/reinstall option might fix that but it looks like you have already attempted that.
From what I read in your post, you mentioned that you are in the final step of the activation. As such, you should contact customer service to explain them the issue you are facing. They can help you navigate through that step and identify why the issue is happening.

did you already paid and choose to wait for the sim card to come and now you got it? If it is like that, then you can submit ticket with CS agent and ask them to help with this part. please submit a ticket with CS Agent here:

If you have not start activation at all, try to uinstall the app once more, and reinstall. But this time, use a different email to setup another account for this activation
