I entered the IMEI and I received a message saying that there was an issue porting my number. I don't know what to do now.

sorry @Francesca1305 , PM support is all online and no more kiosk /store support.
The number given to use is the most direct way to deal with porting issue

I will have to call them tomorrow. Would a Walmart wireless center be helpful?

@Francesca1305 it is better to use account number instead of IMEI.
There is a number to call to talk to live support, they can re-trigger the process for you. I will message the number to you via the Community inbox ( https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenotespage ) . Check the envelope icon on top right. Call them and get it fixed
