I am trying to transfer to another phone provider, but can't receive authorization SMS message from PM. I also tried sending out Tickets via customer support, got no reply either so far since last Saturday March 29. Any suggestion?

If you sent sent ticket already and they didn't reply yet but could be because they are busy.
Or you can send a follow up.

Is your public mobile account still active? And is your public mobile sim still working (calls, texts, mobile data)?
