recent transfer of my PM account to another provider, but have not received SMS yet. When do I received a text from PM?

The text will go to the Public sim. Put it back in and wait for it.

Most likely wasn't a successful port then, you would have to retrigger it to get that message because it should be right away. Especially if everything is working still on PM that wouldn't be the case if your number was with your new provider

Please call your new provider tomorrow morning and confirm if you have provided them all the required information, like your PM's account them. Also, ask your new provider to re-trigger the text process and check if you get the Porting Authentication text on your PM SIM. If you still not able to receive the text, then open a ticket with PM using this direct link:

@Birdlifelist1 When did you try to port out? Are you still able to log into your PM account? Does service still work or have things stopped working?

@Birdlifelist1 Should be pretty much instant when the transfer is submitted to new provider. Than you have 90 minutes to reply to authorize the transfer.
