Since when? Fixing 611? Payments made thru the 611/IVR system should automatically reactivate the account as long as they equal or exceed the plan amount and the account is not suspended via lost/stolen.

sometimes it take longer for *611 to reactivate the plan

Wait another 15 mins and reboot the phone

and best is to login My Account using Incognito mode to confirm the account status
