Tried that. still not working. sometimes asks dail 1, sometimes doesn't work at all. Text works fine.

@jiaxinchen23521   to avoid that problem go into your settings and manually select Public Mobile as your network provider.

You will have to either turn off the automatically select network  and manually select PM/ Telus or an easy way to not get that message is to turn off roaming
