ok so I have auto pay setup. it did not take the payment?

so then I log in and I make a manual payment.

it keeps saying plan deactivated.

this is very frstrating.

 

worst part is I try to send a message to moderator team and the system doesn't send the message at all.. I get some sort of html error??? and then i try to send it again, and it says "maximum messages sent".... BUT no message is sent from my outbox..

 

very frustrating. is my account active now or deactive?? I just saw that my manual payment was taken so I missed out on my $6 auto pay credit. 

 

im also very frustrated that I ahve to create an account to post on forums and it's not tied to my public mobile account? I don't get it.

seems like it took the manual payment everything is working. just unsure why the auto pay didn't go through maybe i jumped the gun.

@alexd, if you are having issues contacting the moderator team try using this . Refer to the following link


@alexd, is your plansupposed to renew today?  If so login to self serve and lok under hte rewards tab and check the date they have there it usually goes the day after what is on the main page.  As long as you have service the autopay is in its process of renewing.  If your phone is not working you will then have to contact the mods.
