text not working... joined public mobile today (22apr2024) and have and a pixel 7a phone

Things I've tried:  restart phone, remove/replace sim card, checked APN was correct, reset Mobile Network Settings...none have helped..

I would appreciate anyone that could shed some light on this...thanks.

Is there any specific information that I could supply to help speed this along?  Or is just mentioning that text is not working is good enough...and also since I'm signed in, I take it the tech support person doesn't need my account information, etc...

Open a ticket.

All new customers have same issue - SMS not working.

 PM currently has trouble to provision SMS with new accounts.  They are working on the fix, but they can correct the issue on a case by case basis.  Please open ticket with PM support.  Private message CS Agent at:
