talk not working

mine and my husbands phone suddenly wont make calls, we can only call people that are with public mobile, anyone else we get the message saying sorry you dont have talk on your package, which we both do, we have the $45 package with unlimited talk and 6GB data

You will need to private message a the moderator_team.  It usually takes 1-3 days to respond.  

 

Hopefully, it just starts working.  Maybe a glitch in the system.  Maybe try re-boot your phone every few hours.

our phones were both working up until 2pm for some reason, but they both only allow us to call ppl on the Public mobile network, no one else... we have been with PM for 5 years but 611 dont give us the option to talk to a rep anymore since we updated our package last year, we are on autopay

Interesting it happened to both of your phones.

Another trick is to manually pay in $1 and then restart the phone.

If you're a long time customer then you might have access to a human on the 611 service.

i tried, it didnt work 😞 ugh i cant be without my phone working, we dont have a house phone, only cell phone. wish they still had the customer service department where you could talk to a real person

Your plan plan features may have changed somehow.  Try the lost/stolen phone trick to re-provision your plan features again.

 

1. Login to your self-serve account.
2. Report your phone lost/stolen using [Plan and Add-Ons] --> [Lost/Stolen Phone]
3. Logoff
4. Wait 5 minutes and login again
5. Report your phone found.
6. Re-start you phone to provision your account again. i.e. enable all features of you plan again.

If this trick failed to get thing working again, you should send a private message to moderator for help. But the wait is about 48 - 72 hours. Good luck.
