i recently switched from koodo to this and would like my old phone number back but it says that it is not valid, how can i get it back

If your coming from Koodo prepaid then you will need the help from the Moderaters. Send them a message. You'll have to re-activate your Koodo plan to have the port work.

Your Koodo plan has to be active to have your old number ported over to PM.
