I need to do a sim card swap and can't login to my account because I forgot my password and don't have access to my email anymore

you need to Contact Customer Support Agent by CS_Agent, and Explain your issue to
they can solve your issue, they are nice Service Team they will help you 100%.
and them will do SIM card swap and change Email and reset password for you,

You'll first need to have the e-mail address for your Public Mobile account changed. Please open https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html and type in "change self serve e-mail address". After you get assistance, you should be able to use the forgot password feature.

@LoVeSoSa you will have to open a ticket with PM to have them help to reset the password for you.
(of course, you can also try different email addresses you have and see which one can get you to step 2 )
