Did you try login on the PM app?
If you are having issues login to your account. You will need to contact a CS_Agent to help you login to your account.
Click on the Chat bubble and type in Submit a Ticket or Contact Agent with faster response. Or the slower method, private message them at:

Once you are in your account, on the Account tab>Change Your SIM Card.

@Luth when you try to sign into your account, do you get the option to resend code? Can you select email?
If you are, that is an option. Once signed in, click on the Profile tab. From there you are able to change the SIM card number.
