suspended service even though I pay

I paid on April 5th and we are on the 23rd and my service was suspended

We can't do stickies, I don't know how do do it if we have the powers to do so.  Honestly, Public Mobile should be the ones making the official announcement.

Just thought it would help stop the flood of similar posts and duplicate posts from people who need help....

 

I checked my three family members who just moved and they are okay for now... fingers crossed...

Public Mobile has no protocol for announcing system wide service disruptions affecting numerous customers.  It's about time they develop one.  It's being very disrespectful to customers.  Pretty much a show of indifference if you ask me. 

1000X Bravo and a million times agreed!!!

 

They are depending on the Oracles way too much in cases like this which is straight up not fair to you all.
