It is easier just by purchasing a voucher and dial *611 and enter the voucher number from these locations:

In your initial message to them, give them as much account related info as you can.

Alternative is to get payment vouchers at retail outlet like Shell Gas..then dial 611 to add then vouchers to your account...then Reactivate that account.
