hi, my phone was suddenldy lost service yesterday morning, i still have lots of unused data and i couldnt use text msg and calls. need to be fixed assp!! thankssssss

Do you have another unlocked phone to try your SIM card in? Or a friend's SIM card to try in your phone (assuming your phone is not locked to the Telus network)? It would help to determine if this is a phone issue or perhaps a SIM/account provisioning issue.
Otherwise, your only option left would be to contact a moderator like I mentioned.

I reboot my phone but still no service and I checked my account it is active, not sure what to do ....

Try removing your SIM for a minute, reinsert, and reboot.
Also check your PM self-serve account to see that your plan is still active and correct.

@forgiveness_ivy, if you haven't already, please reboot/power off your phone, and turn it on again.
Have you looked at your account information to see if you're still listed as active?
