Did your subscription change or did your price increase? Of its just a increase in price it's probably due to the end of the Loyalty program. You nolonger get a discount on your bill

@VTANG  Did you happen to reply YES to a text offer by mistake ? PM won’t just change your plan for no reason . If something is not right contact support to investigate for you
