got a message yesterday, phone stopped working this morning. renewed today at 11am. 16.30 now phone still not working.

If you renewed your plan you can try to reset your cellular data and reboot your phone.

did you try Reboot your phone?

and Login My Account using Incognito mode, check:

  1. if account status shows Active and your cycle date is Oct 27 - Nov 26
  2. if Available Funds showing $0.  If it shows the amount you topped up earlier, then the money was in the account but was not used for renewal
  3. The Payment history page.  Confirm if you see 2 transactions today.  One shows you loaded money into My Account and another one shows PM used the money for renewal.
