hello money has been deducted from my bank for subscription but on my public mobile account it says services on hold

HI @Jay007 if today is your plan renewal day, then it is ok to see the plan showing on hold around midnight hours. But later in the morning, like now, login My Account again using Incognito/Private/Secret mode on your browser and you should see it showing Active again. The renewal takes long, like couple hours, and the account status will stay as on hold for couple hours, too. But during the renewal, the service should be uninterrupted

If you can call in and out, if you can real sms text in and out, if you can browse web pages then ignore the account. This is your renewal night. At midnight eastern the account does this. Then through the night it does it's thing. Then by noon eastern it should be done if not earlier.
All the while, as long as your services are working then let it be.

I tried this but I still see the "services on hold". Is that not an issue?

Log in using incognito mode. Maybe you're seeing cached info. The primary requirement is...are your services working. That's all that matters. Call in and out? Real sms text in and out? Browse web pages?
