i just changing my carrier koodo to public . but at step 6 my activation is stuck , it says subscription not activated and payment already made from my account. please send me sloution my email- @xxxxxxxxx@gmail.com

Did you activate first on website or via the Public mobile app?
If via the website, you will need to download the PM app to compete the activation process.
P.S. I will edit your email address from this public forum.

Please remove your email from public forum.
I believe you need to use PM app for last activation step. (Guys, Correct me if I am wrong).

hi @deep2810 are you using Physical sim or esim?
If you using esim, check thr QR code from the Welcome email and try to manually install it.
And if same, please submit ticket with CS agent here
