from what we understand, accounts that are not fully activated can have it closed with refund back. So, your 2nd account should be ok.

i was desperate and opened up a new account with different e-mail to see if that would help but it only made me pay the subscription fee twice. Hoping i can get a refund for the one fee but my main objective is to activate my subscription. I managed to get a link from a live agent to submit a service ticket so hopefully that will solve the issue. Thanks for the reply, have a good weekend

did you use the app? if you only used the same email to login the app, you should not be paying twice
but ask PM to help . Since you cannot properly login at this stage, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket. So, you will need to message them here
