Trying to setup a new account, and set up fails at final stage. This is on an android device. How do i get this resolved? Thanks

Hello, we tried esim, but subscription setup failed before the port step happened

Are you setting up a physical SiM card or eSIM? The setup might have processed anyways. If physical SIM card, try to insert in your phone. If eSIM, check your eSIM manager to see whether you see PM eSIM.
If not, then you will need to submit a ticket for customer service agent help via the chatbot.
