I moved to public mobile because of the recent promo plan: $29 CAN-US-MEX plan with 100 international minutes.
However in my account subscription description it does not mention anything about international minutes.

the minutes are there, you just have to click Usage Break downtown on the Overage page under the usage meter, you will see something like this
