I am setting up a new iphone 17:
- i bought a new esim on the new iphone 17
- i started esim installation
- the last step of esim installation is to transfer the phone number from the old phone, which failed
Now both my phone are stuck with SOS without connection to the network.
Logged a ticket with PM support and haven't heard anything back.
Has anyone have the same experiences? are there any other way to contact PM support?

There isn't anyone here who can help with this. This is an issue with your Public Mobile account. Everyone who has responded to you in this message thread is another customer. You'll need to contact a customer support agent using the method shown earlier.

@porcupine that number does not help. I was told that porting request for my PM phone number does not exist and then was redirected to Koodo support line which is a deadend.
As @hTideGnow pointed out, my problem may be not just porting issue.
Basically I bought an eSim from the PM app on iphone 17 and followed the instruction to install. The last step was to transfer the number, which failed. As a result, both phones are on SOS.
Please help. The mobile service is a necessity to me.

i think your issue is not just for porting, but a problem with the sim activation.
