Hi,
I was trying to port my number from koodo with the app. my account is now stuck on subscription not activated, and when i try to resume activation on the website it gives me an error page. I never received an SMS, and activation failed in under 5 minutes.
Can I get support to activate my account manually?

@petelliott You will need to re-initiate the porting process. I will send you the phone number via private messages. Check your inbox, click your avatar then click messages.
Ensure to leave old sim in phone to get text. Use account number.
Might also have to engage support for assistance also.

hi @petelliott it is not just porting , you have an account problem. Check with support agent and they can help both problems.
