Hi, I bought a plan for a young friend who no longer has the phone. She changed the password and forgot what it was. She also lost her gmail account that would reset the password. I would like to pause my credit card auto payment. Would you please give me the phone number where I can pause the credit card payment? Thank you

I'm sorry I don't know what phone number you were provided. Must have been for something, somewhere else. There is no direct phone for this type of issue.
Be sure to ask that they remove the card number from the profile and not just cancel it.

you can submit a ticket with PM agent and ask them to help the login
you can also ask them to remove the credit card from your account so PM cannot charge again, and the account will be suspended after this current cycle

Oh thank you so much. I was asking because about 6 months ago the forum gave me a phone number for the stop payment and I procrastinated, lol. I couldn't find the old message nor any note I may have made.
I was just curious to let you know there was a phone number at one time. I will accept your solution and go to the link you provided and save myself a few $. Thanks again!
