still didn't get SIM !!!

Hello

I contacted you because I didn't receive it after more than a month of purchasing the SIM, and you promised to send it again 2 weeks ago, but I still haven't received it.

when can I get it? It's ridiculous that it hasn't come for over six weeks.

I hope you could answer me quickly....

Some customers experience longer than 10 business days for SIM delivery. I would suggest wait a week or so and then contact agent for assistance.

@5501mom   Yes, sim card send can take 5 days to 3 weeks, but not a month

 

But it is sent via Canada Post, it could be lost in the mail  😞

 

open ticket with PM support and have them to confirm or re-send or reimburse you the cost if you buy from a store in person
