I received a text message indicating that I have a special offer from Public mobile $35 for 20 GB and please reply 'Yes' on Aug 30. I replied 'Yes' But I didn't get the new subscription.
I think it is a SCAM message.
I am worried if my phone was hacked.

@LilyNgNg We are just customers like you trying to help . It’s good you have screen shot of the offer and your reply you can show this to support if it doesn’t change on your renewal date as proof

not scam, it was real many got similar text
try login using g Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser and check again to avoid cache problem earlier
if still showing old plan, submit ticket with CS agent here and ask them to check

@LilyNgNg No this is a real offer if you replied YES. To the text then it will change to this plan on your next renewal date
