It looks like my phone transfer is complete, but I am having a series of issues. When people try to call me, my phone does not ring and goes straight to voicemail for the individual calling. I can call out with no issues. This has been going on for three days now. I can’t even submit a ticket, as it says there is too much traffic—this is unacceptable. Please help

I had the same issue in the past but the CS_Agent fixed it for me. I would suggest you reply back to the agent and have a supervisor look into it for you.
