I ordered my plan on December 17th and have not received my sim card as yet.
There is not email saying its shipped. Does it take this long to be shipped out?

Public mobile will start shipping within 2 business days and should arrive within 10 business days. There is no tracking information, confirmation email and usually shipped via Canada post.
If more than 10 business days, you can then contact customer service agent.

If your want to get activated sooner, get to a corporate TELUS or Koodo location and pick up a Public Mobile SIM card there.
Afterwards, ask the customer support agents to waive the SIM card purchase price by asking them here:

Watch for their response in your Community private mailbox which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar, or tap your Avatar down in Messages.

it's been known to take up to 3 weeks for delivery via Canada Post.
