i can’t attach a new sim card on to my account it keeps glitching or something

and use browser from computer,and clear cache and cookies and use one page inPrivate mode, or safari on private mode, 

and get verification code choose by email for SIM Swap.

 

is still can't do it then contact support team by private message CS_Agent  to change it.

@amazing-person7 hi when you say attach sim to account are you trying to activate a new phone? if so you need a separate email for each new sim/phone if your just trying to change your sim then follow advice of @hTideGnow and @dust2dust

HI @amazing-person7   you were doing it on your My Account Change Sim card page?

 

Try again using another browser, or try Incognito mode

Or you can clear cache first, then relaunch browser
