i ordered a new sim card and it still hasnt shown up yet

Yeah, it can take a while — sometimes up to three weeks with Canada Post. I’d suggest waiting it out if you can, but if you need it urgently, you can try another option.

Contact Customer Support to see if you’re able to pick one up at a TELUS store instead. They may also be able to reimburse you for the cost of the SIM card. You can contact them through this link
