Usually you receive an email notifiying you your order has shipped. Seems that orders are shipped Canada Post expresspost or priority, you will receive it fast after it ships.
It should only take 2-3 days to receive. If it has been more than that, I would wait another couple of days or order another one, unfortunately they don't provide a tracking number.
