That worked. Thanks. I got an immediate response and yes it can take up to 10 business days after which I can buy one from a public mobile store and get a credit on my account. They shouldn't say 2 business days when it is really 10.

SIM cards can take up to 3 weeks to arrive. Around the 3 week and 3 days mark if you haven’t received your SIM card then you can submit a ticket to a CS agent using the Chatbot.

SIM cards are usually sent by regular mail. Wait times of about 10.business days can be expected. The estimate that Public Mobile gives of 2 business days does not include transit time.

it's been known to take 3 weeks or so for arrival via Canada Post. Suggestion is to get to Mobile Klinik in you area to buy a PM sim. Once your activated, message PM and request credit to your account for that sim you just bought.

can be a bit longer , maybe up to 3 weeks.
but don't wait that long, check with PM agent. please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link: https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" , "Other", "Log In".
